Advanced Patient Advocacy, a company specializing in educating and connecting the uninsured and/or underinsured patients to numerous patient assistance programs, recently presented at the Fall Back to the Basics Conference hosted by the Greater Florida Buccaneer Chapter of AAHAM in August. Claudine Nesheiwat, Director of Operations, Liability of Advanced Patient Advocacy was a featured speaker for the Recovery Best Practices for Motor Vehicle Accidents and Worker’s Compensation Liability Claims session.
Presented on August 9, 2012 at the Plantation on Crystal River in Florida, Ms. Nesheiwat focused on proven tactics to recover Motor Vehicle and Worker’s Compensation claims. Specific attention was given to improvement techniques for reimbursement, the impact of state and federal laws on liability, and training opportunities for Motor Vehicle Accident and Worker’s Compensation liability claims. Ms. Nesheiwat pulled together strategies and suggested changes to the way hospitals look at enrollment programs.

Claudine Nesheiwat is the Director of Operations, Liability at Advanced Patient Advocacy (APA). Prior to joining Advanced Patient Advocacy, Ms. Nesheiwat served as the Director of Business Initiatives for The CCS Companies, where she oversaw technical and process flow initiatives associated with the handling of Auto, Health, Worker’s Compensation, and General Liability Claims. She also served as an instructor of the medical administrative program at Clark University in Cambridge, MA. Claudine Nesheiwat has a prior background in medical claims handling and technical initiatives at Zurich North America in Schaumburg, IL.
