Phone Screen

Our recruiters will review your application and resume against our position qualifications. If selected our recruiter will call to set up a phone interview. Make sure you know how your experience relates to the position. Research Advanced Patient Advocacy so you can show us what you know about the company you want to join.

Onsite Interview

If selected to move forward in the process on site in person interviews will be scheduled with the hiring manager and members of the team. We want to hear about your past job experiences and will ask detailed questions about your experiences. Come prepared.

Background Check

Reference checks and background screening are required. For some of our positions additional client specified requirements may be part of the hiring process.

Onboarding

A comprehensive onboarding plan will be developed for you to enhance your new hire experience when you join our team. Your feedback on your onboarding experience is important to us, and we will ask for it.
