By working collaboratively, both organizations are seeking to bring additional support and resources to the uninsured members of the local community. APA will have associates on-site within the facility to meet with patients with the goal of identifying qualifying programs which will provide healthcare coverage for them and potentially their family members.
Beaufort Memorial Hospital opened in 1944 and is currently licensed for 197 beds. Beaufort Memorial is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and boasts a quality medical staff of more than 150 board-certified or board-eligible physicians.
